Registration

To register for LOYO please:

1. Submit the Registration Fee and Fill Out Your Registration Form
   
2. Request an In-Person Audition Time
   * Summerfest members do not need to schedule an in-person audition
3. Download and Prepare Your Audition Excerpts

Please begin the registration process by paying the registration fee. You will then be taken to the application form and audition scheduling page. You may then return here to schedule your in-person audition and download your excerpt packet. One registration fee and form submission is required for each applicant.

If you have paid the registration fee but lost your link to the registration form, please e-mail our office to request it.

After paying the registration fee and filling out the registration form, use the “Schedule In-Person Audition” button to select a date a time range for your audition.

• If you are unable to attend the in-person audition due to absence or travel, you may request a virtual audition (video submission) and make-up audition by e-mail.
• Youth Strings and Youth Band members may request a more relaxed “sit-in” audition on the first day of rehearsal if they feel they are too young to play an in-person audition by e-mail. 

Early Registration
($20 Registration Fee)
April 27th – June 1st
Registration is discounted for applicants who begin the registration process before the summer session begins.

Standard Registration
($40 Registration Fee)
June 2nd – August 3rd

Late Registration
($60 Registration Fee)
August 3rd – September 11th
Registering after our audition scheduling has closed and preliminary rosters have been created requires an increased registration fee.
